Medical or Allied Health Professionals

If you fit into this category a lender is offering to lend up to 100% of the purchase price if purchasing as an owner-occupier, or up to 80% of the purchase price if you're acquiring an investment property. Loans are available with variable and fixed interest rate options with a potential for up to 10 years 'interest-only' payments. Loans can be structured through SMSF, partnership, company or trust entities. Loan terms of up to 30 years available and can even be used as construction finance to build your clinic or practice.



Instant Refinance Option

A lender is offering a product designed as a hassle free, refinance option for existing loans. Based only on self declared business financials and proof of consistent repayment going back 12 months, this can be used as a relatively fast and simple way of refinancing a loan to very attractive rates. Customers can apply for an additional $100,000 above the existing loan amount, within this scheme. The lender is also offering to waive loan approval fees and valuation fees (up to certain limits) for applications lodged May 9th, 2022.
